Simplified Installation Guide for Our Lifting Loop Boxes
Views: 10 Update date: Feb 27,2026
We are pleased to share the installation procedure for our Lifting Loop Boxes, designed to streamline both precast mould setup and on-site assembly. Our product range includes standard sizes: 60, 80, 100, 120, and 140, ensuring compatibility with diverse construction requirements.
Installation to the Mould
1. Secure the Loop Box
Fix each Loop Box to the mould using nails driven through the pre-drilled holes in the box. This ensures stable positioning during concrete casting.
2. Position the Flexible Steel Wire
Install the flexible steel wire adjacent to the reinforcement cage. The wire cables do not require direct fixation to the surrounding reinforcement, simplifying the setup process.
Installation at the Site
1. Prepare the Components
Remove the protective tapes and shelter deck from the casting boxes. Fold out the connecting loops from the boxes before installing the precast elements.
2. Assemble the Joint
Install vertical rebar through all the loops immediately after the elements are positioned. Once the rebar is in place, the joint can be cast to complete the connection.

Our Lifting Loop Boxes are engineered for efficiency, with clear installation steps that reduce on-site labor and ensure structural integrity. The available sizes (60, 80, 100, 120, 140) cater to a wide range of load capacities and project specifications, making them a versatile solution for modern precast construction.
