Transformer Mounting Bracket

Transformer Mounting Bracket is a hot-dip galvanized steel structural assembly designed for securing 3–167 kVA distribution transformers to utility poles/crossarms, consisting of pre-configured bracket sets (JY-C0251/C0252 series) and modular HD3100 hardware (5150/5250/5360 brackets, ground lugs, C211001/C2030019 clamps). It’s categorized by transformer capacity for targeted load support:

3–50 kVA (JY-C0251-01/02/03): 2 brackets per set with 1/2/3 dummy plates, weights 7.00–12.40kg/bundle (1 bundle/kit).
75–167 kVA (JY-C0252-01/02/03): 2/3/4 brackets per set with 2/4/6 dummy plates, weights 7.20–13.00kg/bundle (1 bundle/kit).

The HD3100 modular components include slotted clamps (1-9/16” slot) and ⅝” stock brackets for adjustable transformer positioning, with integrated ground lugs for simplified electrical grounding.
