Squarehead Bolt is a hot-forged, hot-dip galvanized industrial fastener engineered for power transmission, utility pole, and substation infrastructure, compliant with ISO 1461 and ASTM A153 standards. Available in four diameter variants:
  • 1/2" diameter: Minimum tensile strength 35,000Kg, bolt lengths 1 1/2"–450", weights 7.70–41.00kg/100pcs, packaging 75–250 pcs/carton.
  • 5/8" diameter: Minimum tensile strength 5,680Kg, bolt lengths 5"–750", weights 25.00–96.50kg/100pcs, packaging 50–65 pcs/carton (10/bundle for long lengths).
  • 3/4" diameter: Minimum tensile strength 8,240Kg, bolt lengths 8"–2600", weights 51.00–128.00kg/100pcs, packaging 51.00–128.00 pcs/carton.
  • 7/8" diameter: Minimum tensile strength 11,550Kg, bolt lengths 14"–2250", weight 61.50kg/100pcs, packaging 25 pcs/carton.

This hot-forged Squarehead Bolt complies with ISO 1461/ASTM A153, ideal for heavy-duty power infrastructure installations.
